Ann P. Bumgardner
Ann P. Bumgardner, 90, North Manchester, passed away at 5:02 a.m., Thursday, May 31, 2018, in Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester.
She was born Dec. 18, 1927, in Lancaster, S.C. to Harper Burney and Mollie Geneva (Ghant) Garris. She first married Jackson Carter and he passed away in 1945. She then married William Bumgardner on Aug. 3, 1946. He passed away Aug. 25, 2008.
She was a member of Church of the Nazarene, North Manchester. She loved to crochet and was known for her baking. She loved her family, immediate and extended and enjoyed spending time with them. She loved God and her church.
She is survived by her son, William Bumgardner, Jr., Batavia, Ohio; daughter, Ola Geneva Wildridge, Wabash; seven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Two daughters, thirteen brothers and thirteen sisters are deceased.
Family and friends may call from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, June 3, and one hour prior to service on Monday at McKee Mortuary, 1401 State Road 114 West, North Manchester. Services Monday will be held at 10 a.m., June 4, at McKee Mortuary. Pastor Sue Babovec will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Servia.
