WACC Building Trades Slates Open House
WARSAW — The Building Trades program of the Warsaw Area Career Center will host an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 23.
The house is located at 584 E. Riviera Drive, Warsaw. Signs will be placed to guide visitors to the event.
This is the 36th year for the Building Trades Program. A class of 22 students, under the direction of instructor Eric Taylor, worked on the home owned by Chris and Reily Frankum. The students were involved in framing, roofing, siding, window and door installation, insulating, drywalling, painting, trimming and concrete work.
The home is a one-story ranch style house with approximately 2,800 finished square feet. The home is equipped with a high efficiency gas furnace and central air.
The students who worked on the home are Jonhatan Aca, Jose Alvarez, Noah Boren, Christian Carnegie, Cole Davis, Zachary Dutton, William Dye, Austin Fisher, Bryan Gonzalez, Zachary Howard, Ian Jones, Reality Lawson, Trevor Lomperski, Jesus Lopez, Mauricio Medellin, Carlos Medoza, Tristan Mobley, Christian Moyotl, Armando Munguia, Hunter Scott and Jared Teeple.
