Kosciusko REMC Receives Esteemed Recognition In National Awards Program
KOSCIUSKO — Kosciusko REMC recently received recognition in the 2018 Spotlight on Excellence national awards program, sponsored by the Council of Rural Electric Communicators and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. KREMC received a Gold Award for their “More Power to Ya” marketing campaign. Jennifer Barger, communication specialist for KREMC developed and produced the award-winning entry, a series of bill inserts featuring KREMC employees.
“For Jennifer to receive this award on a national platform reflects not just high quality within this campaign but the overall great work she does here at Kosciusko REMC. We are very pleased and grateful to have her on our marketing team.” says Emily Cowan, manager of marketing and member service.
A special reception honored the award recipients and celebrated the 30th anniversary of the awards program during the CONNECT ‘18 Conference held in Salt Lake City, Utah, on May 8. Winning entries were displayed during the event.
