Area Police Reports
Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 10:25 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2100 block Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Officers reported to Kosciusko Community Hospital in reference to a battery report.
- 8:58 a.m. Wednesday, May 9, 100 block EMS B45 Lane, Leesburg. Austin K. Allen reported theft. Two rings were stolen. Value: $9,259.
- 1:13 p.m. Tuesday, May 8, 3700 block West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Belva S. Hall reported theft. A few items were stolen from a car port area in the past week. Items include a leaf blower, power sprayer and gas tank. Value: $190.
- 5:08 a.m. Monday, May 7, 9500 block East Adams Road, Pierceton. Officers were contacted regarding a 911 hangup. Dispatch stated they had a 911 call where they could hear a female on the phone screaming.
- 11:56 a.m. Sunday, May 6, 7700 block West Beachwood Ave., Warsaw. Officers responded to a report of an overdose.
- 3:34 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 100 block EMS B56 Lane, Warsaw. A dog bit an individual on the arm and leg.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 900 block South Huntington St., Syracuse. McDonald’s reported theft. Value: $15.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 6:35 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 500 block West CR 300N, Warsaw. Kohl’s reported theft. Items stolen include clothing. Value: $90.
