Triton Volleyball: Morris Inks With Ancilla
BOURBON — Triton senior Charlotte Morris recently signed her letter of intent to continue her volleyball career at Ancilla College next fall.
“Charlotte’s a great middle blocker, that is also a solid hitter,” said Triton coach Gayle Perry. “She always puts the team first in all she does. Triton will miss her.”
Morris, a 6-foot outside hitter and all-around athlete with letters in track and basketball in addition to volleyball, is listed with 121 kills as a senior according to Maxpreps.com with a 32 percent kill percentage in addition to 93.5 percent serve percentage and 23 total blocks on the season.
“Grabbing a local player of this caliber is always nice,” said Ancilla coach Jordan Weitzall. “Charlotte will give us additional options with our rotations and fills a big need in the middle for us.”
Morris plans to study elementary education at Ancilla.
