Celebrate Mother’s Day Early With Pam Tebow
WARSAW — Lakeland Christian Academy is pleased to announce that Pam Tebow will be coming to Warsaw to speak and spend an evening at the Wagon Wheel Theatre on Thursday, May 10, for “Celebrate Mother’s Day Early with Pam Tebow Night.”
Pam Tebow is the mother of Heisman Trophy winner and football/baseball star Tim Tebow. She has appeared on Good Morning America and won many national awards, including Eagle Forum’s “Woman of the Year” and “Witness in the Public Square” in 2012, “Commission for Women “Inspiring Woman of the Year” in 2013, and “Extraordinary Woman of the Year” in 2014. Pam is passionate about encouraging women to trust the Lord with all their hearts for all their lives and to use the incredible influence God has given them to eternally impact their world. She will inspire you with an evening you will never forget.
She speaks world-wide about why she chose life for her son “Timmy” (as the family calls him). Following an ESPN interview where she revealed she had been advised to abort Timmy, Pam and Tim were in a Super Bowl commercial that celebrated family and life, which, according to a Barna survey, resulted in 5.5 million people “having cause to rethink their stand on abortion.”
The daughter of an army colonel, Pam Tebow lived all over the world until she entered the University of Florida. She graduated with honors in journalism and communication. While in college, Pam met her husband Bob. The Tebows have five children, including outspoken Christian Heisman Trophy winner, NFL football player, ESPN commentator and now professional baseball player Tim Tebow.
The Tebows lived for a number of years as missionaries in the Philippines, where Bob continues to have an ongoing ministry in addition to an orphanage. The Tebows also have ongoing ministries in several semi-closed Asian countries, where they encourage their national partners, speak at conferences and support orphanages, Bible schools and a safe house they founded for rescued girls.
Pam loves speaking for various events, including being the keynote speaker at the National Pro-life rally in Washington D.C. earlier this year.
This will be a night to remember forever. LCA encourages the entire community to come and welcome her to Warsaw and share an early Mother’s Day with her and your family.
