Gymnastics
Wawasee senior Reagan Atwood was one of just two gymnasts from the area to be recognized on the ICGSA All-State teams.
Atwood was named Second Team All-State after a fantastic senior campaign that had her reach State on both beam and floor events. Atwood finished 12th on the floor and 20th on beam at the IHSAA State Finals in March, earning her the All-State honor. Atwood was also a sectional champion on beam this season.
The only other competitor from the area to earn an honor was DeKalb junior Shiloh Miller, who was also Second Team All-State. Miller won the floor event at the Wawasee Sectional and the vault at the Huntington North Regional. Miller would finish in a tie for 10th on vault at the State Finals.
