Charles D. ‘Dwayne’ Jarvis — UPDATED
Charles D. “Dwayne” Jarvis, 53, Warsaw, passed away at 5:02 p.m., Monday April 16, 2018, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was born on June 18, 1964 to Charles E. and Betty J. (Hughes) Jarvis in Warsaw.
He graduated from Warsaw High School and has been a lifetime resident of Warsaw.
On June 22, 2012, he married Cathrine Meade in Warsaw. He served as the President of a local Gun Club for five years. He loved racing, fishing and other sports. He worked for Zimmer Biomet. He was a Fiber Metal Machinist.
Mr. Jarvis is survived by his wife, Cathrine Jarvis, Warsaw; his mother, Betty J. (Lowel) Collins, Winona Lake; his father, Charles E. (Leslie) Jarvis, Green Valley, Ariz.; a son, Erik (Tiara) Jarvis, Pierceton; a daughter, Alisha Jarvis; a sister, Paula (Todd) Haines, Milford; step children, Shiloh, Cody and Dillon King, all of Pierceton; nephews, Ryan (Shea) Smythe, Syracuse and Eric Haines and a niece Heidi Haines.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday April 21, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Reverend Glen Hughes officiating.
Calling will also be on Saturday from noon to the time of the services in the Funeral Chapel.
Interment will be at a later date.
The family is requesting that the memorial contribution be made to the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, PO Box 1906, Warsaw, IN 46581-1906.
