Erin’s House Collaborates With Magical Meadows
KOSCIUSKO — This year, Erin’s House for Grieving Children is collaborating with Magical Meadows in Warsaw to host an event where families who have experienced the death of a loved one can share stories, horseback ride, participate in craft time and enjoy snacks.
The workshop will start at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at Magical Meadows, located at 3386 East CR 525N, Warsaw.
Erin’s House never charges a fee for its services. There is no payment required to participate in the event.
This year, Erin’s House for Grieving Children is celebrating its 25th year of supporting grieving children and their families in the community. The idea for Erin’s House was created when a 5-year-old Fort Wayne girl named Erin Farragh died unexpectedly in 1989.
Founded in 1993, Erin’s House continues to provide support services for children, teens and their families who have experienced the death of a loved one. To date, the organization has served more than 20,000 individuals throughout northeast Indiana.
