ELKHART — A woman has been arrested for the murder of Johnny Mullins, whose body was discovered Monday.
Cindy Goodwin, 50, of Visscher Drive in Elkhart, is the woman in custody, according a release issued by the Eklhart County Prosecutor’s Office early Thursday afternoon.
She is expected in court Friday for a hearing scheduling future court dates and bond setting, though formal charges are expected to be filed Tuesday, April 10.
