Washington STEM To Host Blood Drive May 18
Washington STEM Academy will host a blood drive from noon to 6 p.m. Friday, May 18, in support of the American Red Cross blood drive program.
The need for blood is constant and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients and the community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every two to three seconds and most people will need blood in their lifetime.
Those interested in participating are asked to schedule an appoint to donate at Washington STEM Academy by calling (574) 371-5097 or visiting redcrossblood.org (sponsor code: washelem). The school is located at 423 Kincaide St., Warsaw, and draws will take place on the mobile blood drive lab
