Two Accidents In Milford Saturday Morning
MILFORD — Officers from the Milford Police Department, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department and EMS and Fire units responded to a pair of minor injury accidents Saturday morning in Northern Kosciusko County. Icy road conditions are preliminarily being attributed to the accidents.
At approximately 9:50 a.m., emergency services were called to the intersection of CR 900N and CR 425 W for a single-vehicle roll-over. A white Dodge minivan with four occupants left the roadway and rolled over on its side on the north side of CR 900N, just east of CR 425 W.
According to police, one juvenile complained of pain and was transported via ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment. The other three occupants refused medical attention.
At approximately 10:15 a.m., dispatchers called out Milford and county units for a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of CR 1400 N and CR 100 E. Police said the red Mitsubishi car traveled through the T-road intersection and dropped into the ditch on the north side of CR 1400 N. Initial calls said the driver was slumped over the wheel, but police and emergency medical personnel at the scene said the driver refused medical treatment.
