Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
9:03 a.m. Thursday, March 15, North SR 25, north of West CR 250S. Driver: Shelly L. Krueger, 61, North Tucker Street, Mentone. Krueger told police she was driving her vehicle northbound on SR 25 and drove off the roadway on the right, causing her to over-correct and slide her vehicle off the right side and into the ditch, rolling over onto an embankment. Damage up to $10,000.
8:01 a.m. Tuesday, March 13, West US 30 and North CR 875W, Etna Green. Drivers: Antonio Luvianos Hernandez, 28, Frenchman Creek Road, Half Moon, Calif., Rebekah L. Parker, 32, South Sunset Circle, Warsaw. Hernandez told police that both vehicles were traveling westbound on US 30 when he lost control of his vehicle in the snow and ice on the roadway, causing his vehicle to collide with Parker’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
Warsaw
Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:
1:29 p.m. Friday, March 16, East US 30, east of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: John R. Gray, 31, Robson Road, Winona Lake, Kenneth L. Fisher, 56, South CR 700E, Pierceton. Gray told police he was driving his vechile westbound on US 30 approaching North Parker Street and looked down to pick up his coffee. Gray said when he looked up, the vehicle driven by Fisher had slowed and Gray was unable to stop his vehicle from colliding with the rear end of Fisher’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
