SYM Financial Announces Accolades
WARSAW — SYM Financial Advisors has announced awards and promotions for several of its employees.
Tami Hartman has been named the recipient of SYM’s annual Client First Service Award. Each year, the Client First Service Award recognizes a single member of SYM’s team for exemplifying the core values that drive the success of the organization — serving clients uncommonly well and building relationships of trust.
Hartman joined SYM in 2014, as a client service representative where she specializes in trust operations. She is a 1994 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington and is certified as a financial paraplanner qualified professional with the College for Financial Planning.
Paul Dornbier has been promoted to the role of senior investment analyst. Dornbier earned a bachelor’s degree of business administration and international business certificate from the University of Iowa with double majors in finance and economics. He also holds the chartered financial analyst credential, one of the world’s most recognized investment management designations. Dornbier joined SYM in 2015.
Brad Duling, CFP, was named as the recipient of the annual President’s Award. SYM’s Board of Directors presents this prestigious award annually to the company’s “most valuable player.”
Duling joined SYM in 2011, and holds a bachelor of science degree from Central Michigan University. He works as a financial advisor with SYM and is a member of the board of directors for Midland’s Open Door and the United Way of Midland County. Duling also serves on the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council, is a member of Midland Noon Rotary, and volunteers at Blessed Sacrament Church and School.
