Warsaw Plan Commission Approved Re-Plat Of North Pointe Drive Lot
WARSAW — In a less than five-minute meeting held last night, March 12, the Warsaw Plan Commission approved re-platting of Keystone Professional Center Lot 1, 2250 North Pointe Drive, Warsaw.
Peak Performance Orthopedic with Dr. Sean White requested the re-platting. The request was to create two new commercial lots from the original 1.38 acre lot. Both requested lots meet the minimum lot requirements for a C-3 zoning district and are adequate size for commercial developments.
City Planner Jeremy Skinner noted that the proposed plan also meets all of the subdivision requirements. The re-platting would allow a new office building to be built. It was noted that building permits and a building plan review would need to be approved before any construction could begin.
With no public comment and Skinner’s recommendation, the commission approved the request.
The next Warsaw Plan Commission will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, April 9.
