Syracuse Man Held On $100,250 Bond For Intimidation
SYRACUSE — A Syracuse man is being held on a $100,250 surety and cash bond after sending multiple threatening messages to a female.
Benjamin Jay Waldbeser, 35, 3705 E. Bowser Road, Syracuse, is being charged with intimidation, a level 6 felony.
On Feb. 7, an officer with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department spoke with a female in regards to Waldbeser intimidating her. The female stated she was moving out of the residence they shared and Waldbeser told her she needed to stay so he could control her. The female advised that Waldbeser had been physical with her in the past.
Waldbeser began sending the female threatening text messages, which were reviewed by the officer.
At 3:20 p.m. Waldbeser wrote, “Start making some better decisions before you really **** your life up or I will for you. You forget I know where the **** you live.”
At 3:23 p.m. Waldbeser wrote, “That’s alright it’s game the **** on. I ain’t got another word to ******* say to you just be ready because I will be coming for your *** tonight.”
At 3:24 p.m. Waldbeser wrote, “Don’t think for one second I won’t ******* stick a gun barrel down your ******* throat *****.”
Waldbeser was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on a warrant on March 7.
