Linda L. Dilling
Linda L. Dilling, 73 of Rochester, formerly of Lake Bruce, passed away at 1:13 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 28, 2018 at Life Care Center in Rochester.
Born Oct. 10, 1944 in Rensselaer, she was the daughter of the late George Raymond and Edith Fern (Toumine) Dilling.
She was a 1962 Monticello High School graduate. She was a former member of United Brethren Church in Monticello and a former member of the Bruce Lake-Kewanna Lions Club.
Dilling formerly worked at the Logansport State Hospital and she later opened and operated a cleaning service for businesses and individuals with her best friend and companion of 54 years, Frieda Crull. Sadly, Frieda passed away Oct. 25, 2015.
Dilling was an animal lover and especially enjoyed caring for cats and kittens. She also enjoyed playing computer games and traveling.
Surviving are her friends, Sharon and Dan Winters of Kewanna and Dan and Melody Pine of Lake Bruce and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is also preceded in death by two brothers.
Services will at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 3, at Harrison-Metzger-Rans Funeral Home, Kewanna Chapel. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. Burial will be at Bruce Lake Cemetery.
