Justin T. Hayes has been promoted to small business lending officer. In this position, Hayes manages an existing loan portfolio, underwrites new loans and makes decisions regarding loan modifications. He has been with the bank for three years. Hayes has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Bank Management Certificate from Indiana University Fort Wayne. He is a member of the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, Emerging Leaders Alliance, and the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division. He also serves as co-chairman for Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana’s Leadership Institute. He volunteers with Junior Achievement.
