Erin Elizabeth Love
Erin Elizabeth Love, 36, of rural Akron, died at 4:57 p.m., Wednesday, Feb 14, 2018, at her residence.
She was born to Charles “Chuck” and Darlene (Sparks) Drudge on May 27, 1981, in Rochester. Erin graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 1999. On Dec. 31, 2004, she married Eric Michael Love in Miami County. She and her husband had lived all of their lives in Akron.
She graduated from Goshen College and her most recent employment was with Zimmer-Biomet in Warsaw where she was an associate manager of regulatory affairs. Before taking a job at Zimmer-Biomet, she worked at Cardinal Services in Warsaw as a qualified developmental disabilities professional. She had a loving and caring heart and gave everything she had to serve people. At Cardinal Services she took everything to heart and made a difference in everyone’s life that she came in contact with. Her children meant so much to her and was filled with joy to see all of them baptized.
She is survived by her husband, Eric Love, and three children: Ethan Perkins, Elijah Love and Elizabeth “Libby” Love, all of Akron; her parents: Chuck and Darlene Drudge of Akron; one sister: Aimee (spouse Stuart) and their three children: Lillian, Chloe and Natalie Prawat, Indianapolis; her father and mother-in-law: Mike and Deanna Love, Akron; and brother-in-law: Brian Love, Akron.
Preceding Erin in death is her grandmother: Jane Drudge in 1976; her sister: Amanda Drudge in 1997; and her grandfather: Richard Drudge in 2013.
Visitation for Erin will be held from 2-6 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 18, at the Olive Branch Church, 4581 E. 1200 N. Roann.
Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Feb. 19, at the Olive Branch Church, officiated by Pastor Jeff Sumner. There will be one hour visitation before the service.
Burial will be at the Akron IOOF Cemetery in Akron, Indiana.
