Area Police Reports
Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to the following incidents:
- 5:31 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Police responded to a report of vehicular damage due to a hit and run. No damage estimate was given.
- 3:38 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, 6900 block of CR 1350N, Nappanee. Police responded to an accident between a farm tractor and a pickup truck. There were no reported injuries and no estimate of damage.
Milford
Officers with the Milford Police Department responded to the following incidents:
- 5:43 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, 100 block of North Main Street, Milford. Police responded to a report of criminal mischief, damage to a vehicle at the residence of Kace J. Denton. Damage: $1,000.
- 8:12 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 200 block of East Williams Street, Milford. Police responded to a domestic disturbance.
- 10:18 p.m. Monday, Feb. 12, 400 block of South Main Street, Milford. Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance. Police reported that the involved persons were separated and that all parties involved collected their personal belongings and left the residence.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to the following incidents:
- 9:08 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 500 block of West Chicago Street, Syracuse. Police investigated a case of operating while never licensed with a prior.
- 5:20 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 600 block of West Boston Street, Syracuse. Police investigated a case of false informing.
- 10:46 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, 100 block of West Bowser Road, Syracuse. Police responded to reports of theft from Gerald I. Coy and Marion E. Beezley. Stolen were three power tools, an air compressor and a humidifier. No value estimate was reported.
- 9:05 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, 300 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Police responded to a report of invasion of privacy.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following incidents:
- 4:15 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16, 2100 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Police responded to a report of a death.
- 10:55 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 1300 block of Brubaker Street, Warsaw. Police investigated a downed power line. Damage: $1,000.
- 11:40 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 3900 block of CR 300N, Warsaw. Police responded to a report of road rage. The incident involved a juvenile who reportedly pointed a loaded handgun.
- 10:47 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 300 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Police investigated a person for possession of methamphetamine.
- 9:10 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Police responded to a theft at Walmart. Stolen were two track cell phones, candy, gum, a stuffed animal, a bluetooth speaker, a battery charger and an in-store cash card. Value: $249.64.
