Larry D. Stabler
Larry D. Stabler, 76, Warsaw, passed away at 9:35 p.m., Monday, Feb. 5, 2018, in Kosciusko Community Hospital. He was born on Jan. 5, 1942, to Glen and Mildred (Fought) Stabler in Syracuse.
He was a lifelong Kosciusko County resident. On Nov. 20, 1996, he was united in marriage to Sheryl (Neff) Stabler in Warsaw. He worked in maintenance at Maple Leaf Farms for 51 years. In addition, he loved his family, farming, hunting, and tractors.
He is survived by his wife: Sheryl Stabler, Warsaw; daughter, Jenni (spouse Tom Olk) Sutton-Olk, Warsaw; sons: Jason Stabler, Warsaw; and Jeff Stabler, Cromwell; step-daughters: Mary Helton, Silver Lake; Bonnie Stabler, Churubusco; Brenda Grisby, Kendallville; Ronelle (spouse Mickey) Godsey, Syracuse; sister: Norma (spouse Harold) Debolt, Syracuse; 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his Parents and a Brother; Harold Stabler.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 8, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A funeral service is scheduled at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 9, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Chaplain Bob Jarboe will officiate the Service. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
