Fort Wayne — Reecer Properties announced today that it has launched a new service, Luxury Auctions. This addition will help the residential home market bring supply and demand together in a refined, elegant experience.

The Luxury Auction service is now available at all locations. The firm’s first Luxury Auction will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, at 2418 Sycamore Hills Drive, Fort Wayne.

This method is intended to provide residential sellers more control and convenience than the traditional listing process. Reecer Properties’ three-pronged approach also helps the market compete on an even playing field. The firm’s existing services will be paired with the planning, production, and direction of every auction to create this new experience.
