MILFORD — Construction crews will be blasting along the Reynolds-Topeka Line route, south of Milford, today, Tuesday, Jan. 30 and Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Residents in the area will hear loud noises — booms/explosions -— and there may be some shaking and window rattling. The construction crews will have safety supervisors at the scene. Authorities are noting that alarms may be tripped.
