KOSCIUSKO — Reecer Properties announced that it added Pier 13 Realty and its owner and broker, Chuck Lawrance, to its team. This move strengthens the firm’s already growing presence in Kosciusko County and will increase service efficiencies and effectiveness to the area, especially its lake clients.
After building on its success in the Fort Wayne and Syracuse markets, Reecer Properties took possession of the building, located on the south side of SR 13 in North Webster, and will begin to integrate operations while maintaining their Syracuse and Warsaw locations. The Syracuse lake office and guest cottage at Lake Wawasee, which includes a sand volleyball court, beer garden cand fire pit, will continue to be available for Reecer Properties clients and rentals.
Lynn Reecer, CEO and managing broker of Reecer Properties, states, “I welcome Chuck and Pier 13 Realty to the Reecer Properties team. We believe in providing an exemplary client experience and invest accordingly. As a real estate veteran, North Webster fixture, and entrepreneur, Chuck brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team, especially about North Webster and the surrounding lakes community. This investment enables us to build on Pier 13’s visibility and reputation. We are excited to continue investing in and growing with Kosciusko County and the northern Indiana region.”
Lawrance adds, “After 38 years in the real estate business and 30 wonderful years with Pier 13 Realty, I am excited to join the Reecer team. Lynn brings a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and resources, and surrounds herself with great office staff, talent, and top sales. I am proud of the clients we’ve served, relationships we’ve formed, and opportunities we’ve created. This new chapter will be an invigorating time to join forces with a firm whose reputation is superb, quality expectations are unparalleled, and client service is unmatched.”
