WCHS, WACC To Host Showcase for Grades 8-12
WARSAW — On Wednesday, Jan. 24, Warsaw Community High School and the Warsaw Area Career Center are holding the annual WCHS/WACC Academic Showcase from 5-8 p.m. This event is primarily meant for current WCHS students and their parents, as well as all incoming freshmen for next year in the class of 2022.
This is a great chance to come tour the building and see all the wonderful opportunities that are available to students at WCHS and in the WACC. Every department throughout the school will be showcasing their talented teachers and previewing their available classes and curriculums. There will be fun and interactive activities, as well as informational flyers that will help students and families decide what courses they should take at WCHS.
To the parents of incoming freshmen (current eighth graders), there will be two opportunities to attend the informative meeting in the Performing Arts Center. The first Class of 2022 meeting is scheduled for 5-5:45 p.m., and the second will be held at 6-6:45 p.m. The meetings are the same information, and parents of incoming freshmen (Class of 2022) are encouraged to attend one of the meetings.
