Patty Jo Byrer
Patty Jo Byrer, 68, Warsaw, passed away at 6:40 p.m., Dec. 23, 2017, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. She was born on July 20, 1949, in Warsaw to Lloyd Howard and Georgia (Ervin) Robinson.
She was a lifetime Pierceton and Warsaw area resident and graduated in 1967 from Pierceton High School. She was married on May 16, 1975, in Warsaw to Cecil A. Byrer, who survives, and retired in 2016 from Crystal Lake Egg products in Warsaw after 33+ years.
She is survived by her husband Cecil Byrer, Warsaw; her daughter, Tabitha (Kenny) Gunkel, North Webster; son, Brian Evans, Warsaw; step-daughter, Julie (John) Frye, Sidney; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren; sister, Connie Warrix, Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Judy Waites.
Visitation will be from 1–3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 6, at the Atwood Community Building, 213 Hovey St, Atwood. Memorial services will follow at 3 p.m., Saturday in the community building with Pastor Jason Rice of the Mentone United Methodist Church officiating. Private burial will take place in the Leesburg Cemetery at a later date.
Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw is in charge of all arrangements.
