Eloise DeLaCruz — UPDATED
Eloise DeLaCruz, 62, Larwill, passed away at 10:35 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017, at her sister’s home in Pierceton.
She was born on June 29, 1955, in Napoleon, Ohio to Carlos and Elvira (Ramos) DeLaCruz.
She graduated in 1974 from West Noble High School in Ligonier and was a lifetime Wilmot area resident. She formerly worked at Kinro Manufacturing in Syracuse, Lyall in Knapp Lake, and Chematics in North Webster.
She formerly attended the Salem Community Church in Wilmot and the Country Bible Church in North Webster.
She is survived by her daughter: Carisa (Shay) Addison, Syracuse; two sons: Josh (Loretta) Witmer, Kekaha, Hawaii; Tobias (Amber Brown) Witmer, Milford; six grandchildren; companion, Jim Holle, Larwill; three sisters: Virginia (Tom) Halsey, Port Charlotte, Fla.; Maria Gaerte, Pierceton; Esther Black, Pierceton; brother, Fred (Juli) DeLaCruz, Butler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Lily DeLaCruz, and two brothers, Carlos DeLaCruz Jr. and Gene DeLaCruz.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 29, at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 30, at the funeral home with Pastor Myron Drent of Country Bible Church officiating. Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery in Wilmot.
