WARSAW — On a day where cars won’t start and pipes are freezing, Fellowship Missions is opening its doors to those in need of warmth.
While the shelter has no bed to offer, it is putting as many people on cots as they can. However, despite the lack of sleeping arrangements on this brisk winter day, Fellowship Missions is offering warm accommodations during the day. Should the temperature drop below 32 degrees, the shelter is opens its doors for those in need to access the warming station in the gathering area.
Fellowship Missions is located at 1520 E Winona Ave., Warsaw.
Combined Community Services, 1195 Mariners Drive, Warsaw, will also accept those wanting to get warm during their business hours, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays and from 9 a.m. until noon on Wednesdays.
