WCHS Students Travel Abroad To Germany, France
WARSAW — Students in world language classes have great opportunities to travel abroad. Previous trips have included Puerto Rico, Cuba, Peru, Spain, Costa Rica, France and Italy. Students will have opportunities in the near future to travel to Germany and France.
Students in German classes will be traveling June 11-19, 2018. They will be visiting Rothenburg, Munich, Lucerne and Heidelberg. During the time, students will do a Nightwatchman’s Tour, travel the Romantic Road, debate great Germans from history, visit Dachau concentration camp, learn Bavarian dances, visit Neuschwanstein castle, take a cruise up the Rhine River and see other historical sites/castles.
Students in French classes will be traveling to France in June 2019 for nine days. They will be visiting Paris, the Loire Valley and Normandy. Students will see the Eiffel Tour, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre, Versailles, several chateaux and the American cemetery and D-Day beaches in the Normandy area.
