TWF Picture Your Watershed Photography Contest Voting Closes Dec. 31
NORTH WEBSTER — More than 80 pictures were submitted to The Watershed Foundation’s annual Picture Your Watershed photography contest. The photos came from all around the unique land, lakes and rivers of the 236 square-mile watershed from July until November. While the contest has been very competitive in the past, this year’s submissions have are some of the best ever entered.
TWF extends a warm “thanks” to all the talented and creative participants for sharing their images and showing their community how they see their watershed.
Community members have until Dec. 31 to cast their votes for people’s choice. Persons can vote for favorite photos once a day so check back in frequently. Photos are eligible to win in four categories. The People’s Choice Award recipient is chosen by the public. The Wet n’ Wildlife, Nature’s Studio, and Lovin’ the Lakes recipients are selected by a panel of judges.
Voting is available through the “2017 Photo Contest” tab on the left side of TWF’s Facebook page — under the profile picture, or at http://watershedfoundation.org/PhotoContest.
