Marshall
Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:
2:45 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, 11200 block Fir Road, north of US 30, Bourbon. Driver: Shawn D. Geraghty, South Bend. Geraghty suffered facial lacerations and complained of pain. Geraghty lost control of his vehicle on the icy roadway, went off the road and struck a REMC pole.
Pierceton
Officers with the Pierceton Police Department investigated the following accident:
8:02 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, SR 13 and Pequignot Drive, Pierceton. Drivers: Charles Bower, 75, West River Road, South Whitley, and Melisaa A. Willard, 44, East South Barbee Drive, Warsaw. Bower failed to yield to Willard, turning his semi out in front of Willard’s vehicle. Damages up to $25,000.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
10:43 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, US 30, east of North SR 15, Warsaw. Driver: Jonathan C. Stone, 19, North CR 100E, Warsaw. Stone’s vehicle slid while going up an entrance ramp, turning it around and pushing it off the road and into a guardrail. Damages up to $2,500/
5:57 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, East CR 200N and Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Tara N. Walker, 39, Rattingtot Circle, Warsaw, and Elizabeth M. Reeser, 19, West Buckeye Street, South Whitley. Walker failed to yield to Reeser. Damages up to $2,500.
4:09 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, 215 N. Lake St., Warsaw. Driver: James C. Martial, 33, EMS C16 Lane, Warsaw, and Isaac M. Hall, North CR 900E, North Webster. Martial’s vehicle backed into Hall’s. Damages up to $2,500.
4:13 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, East Winona Avenue and SR 15, Warsaw. Driver: Gulvinder P. Singh, 45, Gray Hawk Drive, Columbus, and Jennifer L. Combs, 29, South CR 1600E, Silver Lake. Singh’s vehicle rear-ended Combs’. Damages up to $2,500.
3:15 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, South Detroit Street and East Pope Street, Warsaw. Driver: Sofia C. French, 21, West CR 800S, Claypool, and Stephen K. England, 29, West CR 600S, Mentone. French’s vehicle slid through the intersection and struck England’s. Damages up to $5,000.
