John-Michael Kleinhen — UPDATED
John-Michael Kleinhen, 49, of North Webster, Ind. passed away at 5:24 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 27, 2017 at Parkview Hospital in Warsaw, Ind. He was born on Oct. 15, 1968 in New Castle, Ind., to Stephen & Mary Eleanor (Garner) Kleinhen.
He graduated from Richmond High School and attended Oklahoma University in Oklahoma City, Okla. He was married on Sept. 21, 1998 in Three Rivers, Mich., to Lori A. Waters who survives and moved to the North Webster in 2002 from Kimmel, Ind. He formerly worked as a truck driver, worked in construction, was a self-employed mobile home rehab and repairman, a delivery driver and worked for Tenneco for four years.
He was a member of Brothers of the Wind, Reenactments groups, and attended the Dewart Lake Friends Church in Syracuse.
He is survived by his wife, Lori Kleinhen of North Webster; four daughters, Chantle (Richard) Pelletier of Kalamazoo, Mich., Elizabeth Fleckenstein of Warsaw, Jennifer Kleinhen of Ligonier, and Erin Kleinhen of North Webster; two sons, John Thomas Fleckenstein of Grand Rapids, Mich., and John Allen Kleinhen of Richmond; 11 grandchildren; his parents Stephen (Julie) Kleinhen of Colorado Springs, Co., and Eleanor Kleinhen of Beaumont, Texas; and sister Gretchen (Jesus) Salinas of Beaumont, Texas.
He was preceded in death by four grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster.
