Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
10:17 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, North CR 200E, north of East CR 750N, Leesburg. Driver: Saw H. Anuslam, 27, Salisbury Drive, Fort Wayne. Hit a deer. Damages up to $2,500.
6:27 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, South Packerton Road and East CR 225S, Winona Lake. Driver: Gabriel C. Sidwell, 16, North CR 620E, Syracuse, and Todd A. Brewer, 46, North SR 13, Syracuse. Sidwell failed to yield to Brewer. Damages up to $10,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
9:55 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 22, East US 30, east of Meijer Driver, Warsaw. Driver: Taylor N. Miller, 22, North Grant Street, Warsaw. Hit a deer. Damages up to $2,500.
5:19 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jacob L Dennison, 32, Parker Street, Warsaw. Dennison’s vehicle sideswiped a parked vehicle. Damages up to $2,500.
Marshall
Officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:
6:12 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, Plymouth-Goshen Trail, east of Randolph Street, Plymouth. Marshall County Dispatch Center received a call of a single vehicle accident. During the investigation police learned a 2005 Acura was westbound when it left the north side of the roadway, hit a utility pole, causing power lines to come down. The vehicle then continued a short distance into a field. The driver of the vehicle fled, leaving an unidentified female passenger behind, who was not injured. The collision is still under investigation.
