SYRACUSE — Koscuisko County Sheriff’s deputies, Syracuse Police Department and Lutheran EMS, Milford Fire Department and a Warsaw Police Officer responded to a personal-injury accident at 4:35 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, North CR 300E and East Bowser Road, Syracuse.

Franz W. Brower, 32, East Northshore Drive, Syracuse, driving a Toyota Prius, failed to yield the right away and collided with Martinlee L. Johnson, 55, US Highway 12, White Pigeon, Mich. driving a FedEx delivery truck owned by DEHNER Transport.

Both men complained of pain but refused transport to the hospital. Damage up to $25,000.
