New Wausau Homes Builders Open Design Studio To Serve Warsaw Area Homebuyers
WARSAW — The hammering has stopped and the dust has settled. It’s time for new Wausau Homes builders Gina and Evan Schenkel to celebrate their grand opening. They are hosting an open house from 1 – 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Wausau Homes Warsaw Design Studio, located at 3540 Commerce Drive, Warsaw.
Visitors can tour the new, state-of-the art design studio that showcases a welcome area where homebuyers can share their life story and vision for their new home. It also features everything from cabinets and countertops to siding and shingles, while providing the latest technology to help homebuyers plan and customize their new homes. Among the highlights is a 3D viewer that allows homebuyers to see their home plans take shape before their eyes so they will know exactly what their new home will look like before it’s ever built.
“By partnering with Wausau Homes and opening this design studio, we’re able to give customers a stress-free building experience different than anything out there today,” said Gina.
The building experience includes a firm price up front and a firm move-in date, removing the angst from what can be the two most stressful aspects of building a home.
“We’ve redefined the building experience and we’re inviting everyone to come in and take a look, whether they are thinking of building a home in the coming months or planning for the future,” said Evan.
Visitors to the grand opening will enjoy snacks and refreshments and will even get the chance to register for some special prizes. At the same time, they will be able to see and touch a wide variety of sample products available to customize a new home. They can also learn about the stress-free homebuilding experience that begins with choosing from more than 150 new home designs, then customizing their choice using the latest 3D design software, which lets them “walk” through every room. The homebuyer knows exactly what their new home will look like, inside and out, right down to how their furniture will fit in each room.
“We’ve made the entire homebuilding experience enjoyable,” summed up Evan.
