Albert ‘Al’ E. Geller
Albert “Al” E. Geller, 78, Warsaw, formerly of Georgia, passed away Oct. 25, 2017, at Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center. Al was born Sept. 27, 1939 in Morocco to Edward and Freeda (Story) Geller. He married Debra Pine Aug. 14, 1993; she survives.
Al graduated from Morocco High School and went on to honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and liked watching football and NASCAR. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He had a good sense of humor and was a really good story teller.
Al is survived by his wife Deb of Warsaw, five children, Dale (Rhonda) Geller of Fla., Greg (Robin) Geller of N.C., Josh (Hannah) Geller of Ohio, Natasha (Lee) Geller of Fort Wayne and Justin (Taylor) Geller of Ga.; 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister Janet Hyde of Warsaw and Tim (Carolyn) Geller of Morocco and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson and one brother.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 30 at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
