Linda Sue Justice
Linda Sue Justice, 72, passed away at 12:19 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017 in Goshen Hospital.
Linda was the daughter of Orville and Mary Belle (Stephens) Elliott. She was born in Dwale, Ky. but moved with her family to the area when she was 9 years old.
Linda spent most of her lifetime in the Milford area before moving to Etna Green. She was a 1964 graduate of Warsaw High School.
Linda was married to the late Sherrill Justice on Sept. 5, 1964 in Warsaw. They would share 47 years together prior to his passing on Dec. 28, 2011.
Linda worked for Biomet for 32 years, first as a sewer, eventually moving into polishing and cleaning parts. She was also an avid reader who enjoyed Harlequin romance novels and the authorship of Nora Roberts. Always the family historian, she had spent many years working on the family tree. She was a sweet and generous lady who enjoyed flower gardening almost as much as she enjoyed a new pair of shoes – she had a pair to coordinate with each outfit. Mostly she was a supportive mother and grandmother who was always sure to be present for her grandchildren’s sporting events.
Linda will be dearly missed by many, a list of which includes her four daughters: DiAnne (Keith) Lemler, Warsaw, Denise (Kenneth) Simpson, Warsaw, Darlene (Ned) Hunsberger, Milford, and Danielle Justice, Etna Green; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and four siblings: James (Glenda) Elliott, Silver Lake, Anna Jo Blair, Warsaw, Bill Elliott, Sidney, and Tomm Elliott, Silver Lake.
In addition to her husband, Linda was preceded in passing by son, Dallas Ray Justice (1972) and two brothers, Henry Elliott (Feb. 2, 2012) and John Elliott (Oct. 13, 2013).
