Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 5:24 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, 700 block East Smith Street, Warsaw. David J. Meckley reported the theft of a white mountain bike and the finding of a blue Pacific woman’s mountain bike. Value: $100.
- 5:18 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16, 500 block West CR. 300N, Warsaw. Kohls reported a shoplifting. Jessie Lee Miller was arrested for theft, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a syringe and booked into Kosciusko County Jail on a bond off $5,250 surety and cash. Value: $119.50
Bourbon
Officers with the Bourbon Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 4:24 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, Lincoln Highway at Elm Road, Bourbon. Officer A. Kraning stopped Dakota A. Doty, Mentone for a speeding violation. It was determined Doty was operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. A passenger, Benjamin Stogsdill was taken into custody for an active warrant through Kosciusko County. Doty was taken into custody and held at the Marshall County Jail on a cash bond of $250 and given a court date. Stogsdale was transported and turned over to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- Sunday, Oct. 15, 200 block North Second Street, Goshen. Anita VanFleeren, Milford, reported her family was being harassed by a family member.
- 1:59 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, Lombardy and Kercher, Goshen. Christian McQuade, 24, 27 EMS B59 Lane, Warsaw, was arrested after a traffic stop at the intersection of Lombardy and Kercher, Goshen. McQuade was found to be in possession of paraphernalia, marijuana, meth and a controlled substance.
