Thursday Night Drug Investigation Leads To Two Arrests
WARSAW — Last night, Oct. 5, Warsaw Police narcotics officers performed a controlled purchase of methamphetamine from Anthony Scott Demske, 26, Bourbon, in the Warsaw area. Following the purchase, officers approached Demske’s vehicle and used a police K-9 to conduct an outer air sniff of the vehicle. The police K-9 positively alerted on the vehicle. Police searched the vehicle where additional drugs and a firearm were located.
Police then took Demske into custody. Narcotic officers charged Demske with a level 3 of felony dealing methamphetamine enhanced 1-5 grams, a level 4 felony of possession of methamphetamine enhanced 5-10 grams. Additionally, Demske had an active warrant out of Kosciusko County. He is being held at the Kosciusko County Jail on a prosecutorial hold.
During the investigation, Kendall Elizabeth Rodgers, 23, Claypool, was also taken into custody for an active warrant out of Kosciusko County.
