Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
6:13 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, 7344 S. SR 15, Claypool. Drivers: Eddie L. Hampton, 43, Waller Road, Convoy, Ohio, and Timothy R. Chambers, 60, East CR 350S, Logansport. Hampton backed into Chambers’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
4:44 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, West US 30 and North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Ruby J. Clark, 72, Ross Avenue, Warsaw, and Joshua B. Slone, 19, West CR 225N, Etna Green. Clark pulled into the path of Slone’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
11:36 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, South SR 25, west of South CR 600W, Palestine. Driver: Lauraanne Davis, 18, North Franklin Street, Mentone. Davis lost control of her vehicle and struck a utility pole and mailbox. Damage up to $10,000.
5:31 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, North SR 15 and West Sixth Street, Milford. Drivers: Destiny D. Blake, 22, Lakeland Driver, Warsaw; Maricela Quezada, 47, Cadillac Street, Ligonier; Juan Flores, 46, North Perry Drive, Milford. Blake’s vehicle struck the back of Flores’s vehicle. Blake was transported from the scene with neck pain. Damage up to $10,000.
Milford
Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:
2:01 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, East Syracuse Street, west of North Old Road 15, Milford. Driver: Aaron M. Phillips, 36, Alexis Drive, Milford. Phillips’s vehicle struck a utility pole. Phillips complained of pain to the head but refused medical treatment.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:
8:36 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, US 30, east of Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Brooke L. Werstler, 21, West CR 750N, Larwill, and Helen L. Berry, 50, CR 75, St. Joe. Werstler’s vehicle struck the back of Berry’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
