Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko Sheriff Department investigated the following incidents:
- 5:14 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30, 4400 North CR 475E, Leesburg. Police were called to a violation of protective order.
- 11:30 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 30, 100 block EMS C28E Lane, Warsaw. Roger Lynn Long reported a theft an electric guitar, amp, four knife folders and cash. Value: $900.
- 9:31 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 30, 9600 block North SR 19, Nappanee. Terry G. Faine II reported a van hit a dog that ran into the roadway.
- 6:27 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29, 400 block East Palm Drive, Syracuse. Harlan W. Steffen requested police to do a welfare check.
- 5:15 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29, 2700 block East CR 1050N., Milford. Keith A Beer reported a burglary and theft of a portable generator, power drain cleaning tool and scrap copper pipe and fitting. Value: $2,500.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 11:41 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 1, 3300 block Old Colony road, Warsaw. Police were called to a juvenile complaint.
- 10:23 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 1, 300 block West Market Street, Warsaw. Dustin Troy Crawford reported his wallet missing.
- 3:27 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 1, 400 block East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Jeremy Richard Herford reported theft of wallet.
- 8:38 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30, 200 block East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Police were called to a violation of a protective order.
- 3:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30, 500 block Logan Street, Warsaw. Police were called for a found wallet.
- 2:12 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30, 1600 block Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Kathrine Esther Fomley reported an iPhone stolen. Value: $300.
- 6:12 p.m., Friday, Sept. 29, 500 block Clinic Court, Warsaw. Daniel Lee Trump reported residential door was damaged by apparent forced entry. Damage: $200

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30. Matthew Showalter, 70717 CR 31, Syracuse, reported a 2013 Yamaha Zuma Scooter taken from his garage.
