Warm Weather Anticipated For Weekend Through Next Week
WARSAW — Today, Sept. 22, may be the first day of fall, but mother nature seems to have misplaced the memo.
While the thermometer began to drop in the early part of September, higher temperatures have dominated the last several days with heat indexes reaching 90+ degrees.
That trend is going to continue this weekend through early next week, with temperatures in the mid-80s until Wednesday when rain is expected to cool things off. The current expected high for Thursday, Sept. 28, is around 70, with temperatures then dropping into the mid-60s for next weekend.
The average high temperature this time of year is 70-72 degrees.
