Cameron A. Scarberry
Cameron A. Scarberry, 16, Etna Green, passed away at 1:15 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 17, 2017, in rural Kosciusko County as a result of injuries he suffered in an automobile accident.
Cameron was born the son of Brian Scarberry and Miranda Moore Scarberry, Sept. 25, 2000, at Warsaw. He has been a life long resident of Bourbon.
Cameron was a Junior at Triton High School where he was a very academic student always striving to obtain A’s. His desire was to become a forensic analyst and then join the Marines to further his education opportunities. He was also a member of the Triton High School football team and wrestling team as well as Fellowship of Christians Students. In his spare time he worked at Subway at Etna Green.
Cameron was blessed with a blended family of which he had two fathers and two mothers. Joshua Scarberry of Bourbon; Miranda Scarberry and her friend Michael Berry of Leesburg; Brian and Amber Stoneburner of Goshen. Cameron was further blessed with two sisters: Maggi Scarberry of Etna Green, Lily Scarberry of Goshen and brother Jared Scarberry of Etna Green. Grandparents include: Tonya Shuster of Etna Green; Rebecca and Jim Scarberry of Bourbon, James and Christina Bocko of Mishawaka and Wayne and Brenda Stoneburner of Hamlet. Great-grandmother: Norma Lemler of Bourbon, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Cameron was blessed with his girlfriend, Olivia Frushour who shared her companionship and certainly love for Cameron.
Cameron was preceded death by his grandfather, Chester Shuster and grandmother Carol Stoneburner.
The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m., Friday, Sept. 22, in the Triton High School Auditorium 300 Triton Drive Bourbon, IN 46504.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday in the Auditorium with Pastor Travis Conklin of The Vine Church of Goshen officiating.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home is entrusted in arranging the services.
