Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
12:57 a.m. Friday, Aug. 25, North SR 19, south of West CR 900N, Etna Green. Driver: Sara M. Snyder, 31, East Liberty Avenue, Bourbon. Hit horse than ran into roadway. Damage up to $25,000.
6:44 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, North SR 19, south of West CR 250N, Etna Green. Driver: Kristi K. King, 55, River Ridge Drive, Tippecanoe. Deer struck King’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
8:40p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, North SR 13, north of EMS B21 Lane, North Webster. Drivers: Kenneth Caudill, 61, South SR 13, Pierceton, and Steven L. Richardson, 59, EMS T29 Lane, Leesburg. Caudill’s vehicle sideswiped the Richardson vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
3:47 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, South SR 15, north of south Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Anthony Demske, 26, SR 331, Bourbon, and Ross J. Johnson, 18, South Rosewood Drive, Warsaw. Demske fell asleep causing his vehicle to hit the back of the Johnson vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
11:56 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, South County Farm Road, south of CR 350S, Warsaw. Driver: Larry L. Rose, 63, West CR 1275S, Akron. Rose suffered a fracture/dislocation to the hip, upper leg and was taken to Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Rose’s vehicle left the right side of the roadway, was over-corrected going off the left side of the road and rolling. The vehicle ended up on all four tires. Damage up to $5,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
1:48 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, Jalynn Street, west of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Drivers: Noelia Castillo, 43, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw, and Wendell L. Grass, 91, Parent Drive, Warsaw. Castillo drove her vehicle out in front of the Grass vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
4:48 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, West Center and North Lake streets, Warsaw. Drivers: Tina A. Mikel, 47, West CR 75N, Etna Green, and Renee A. Stouder, 58, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Mikel’s vehicle entered the intersection on a red light hitting the Stouder vehicle. Damage up to $25,000.
