MILFORD — One person was transported to an area hospital following a one-vehicle accident this afternoon, Friday, Aug. 11. It is not known if anyone else was injured.
Authorities were notified at approximately 3 p.m. of a vehicle in a cornfield on CR 1350N, west of CR 75W. An occupant of the vehicle complained of head pain.
Evidence at the scene indicates the driver of the vehicle was eastbound and for an unknown reason went off the north side of the road and slid broadside into a cornfield, taking out approximately seven rows of corn.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, assisted by Milford Police, are investigating. Milford Fire Department and Lutheran EMS responded.
