Soto Found Guilty On Three Of Six Charges (VIDEO)
WARSAW — After over six hours of deliberation, the jury in the Mark Soto trial found him guilty on three of the six charges.
The jury found him guilty on count 1 and 3 of corrupt business influence and count 5 of intimidation. The first count focuses on Soto knowingly or intentionally receiving proceeds from individuals being directly or indirectly derived from a pattern of racketeering activity. The third count focuses on Soto’s association with Young Dragon Enterprises, LLC and knowingly or intentionally conducted or otherwise participated in the activities of that enterprises through a pattern of racketeering activity. The intimidation charge is the intimidation of Nate McLaurin.
He was found not guilty on all other charges.
Sentencing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Sept. 28.
