WARSAW — Lake City Bank recently promoted Chris D. Merrill to Vice President, Technology Services Manager and welcomed Lane R. Davis to its Risk Management Team.

Merrill has been promoted to Vice President, Technology Services Manager. In this position, he is responsible for the daily operations of the department, which supports the bank’s network and technology users. He is also responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the company. He has been with the bank for 11 years.

Merrill has an associate’s of applied science degree in computer information systems from Ivy Tech Community College and a bachelor’s degree in management from Grace College. He is president of the board and president of the executive finance board for Warsaw Community Public Library.

Davis, who is Vice President, Internal Auditor, conducts a substantial part of the bank’s internal audit function and also manages various regulatory processes. He has seven years of audit experience, most recently at Crowe Horwath, where he specialized in auditing private equity funds and manufacturing and distribution industries.

Davis has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Manchester University. He is a licensed CPA, as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
