Curt B. Henriott
Curt B. Henriott, 58 , Rochester, passed away at 6:30 a.m. Thursday on Aug. 3, 2017, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio.
In Waialua, Hawaii, on Oct. 18, 1958, Curt Baptist Henriott was born. He was the treasured son of Paul D. and Gertrud Elsa Seifert Henriott. Growing up he shared his childhood with three sisters Desiree, Romy and Bernadette. During his high school years he excelled in the mechanics classes leading him to his lifelong passion of mechanics, engines and technology. He graduated from Rochester High School in 1977.
On Dec. 17, 1977, in the Valparaiso Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Curt married the love of his life Miss March Marie Boule. They have shared 40 years of life’s adventures. From their union came two beautiful daughters Amanda and Alicia. The family tree continued to grow with the added blessings of two grandchildren and another due to arrive late this year.
Left to cherish Curt’s memory are his wife, March; two daughters: Amanda Henriott and companion Todd Eberlin of Indianapolis; Alicia Conner and husband Brandon of Rochester; his grandchildren: Layknn Inez Davidson, Ian Randall Conner, and Curt Malcolm Baptist Henriott-Conner due to arrive in December of this year; mother: Gertrud Henriott of Rochester; three sisters Desiree Small and husband Morris Jr. of Logansport; Romy Shortz and companion Paul Bikowski of South Bend; Bernadette Henriott and husband Edward Regnier of Bourbonais, IL; his beloved canine, Sam, the black toy poodle and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Curt in death are his father, Paul Henriott on Aug. 16, 2016, father and mother-in-law, Malcolm and Emeline Inez Boule; sister-in-law, Gloria White in February of 2016.
A celebration of the life of Curt Baptist Henriott will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12, in the Good Family Funeral Home of Rochester. Rev. Curtis May will officiate. Casual dress is requested per Curt’s wishes. Friends may visit with the family from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11 and one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
