Luther Manuel
Luther Manuel, 77, Tippecanoe, passed away at 4:10 a.m. at Millers Merry Manor in Columbia City.
He was born on July 30, 1939 in Salyersville, Ky. to Ford & Dorothy (England) Manuel.
He moved to Kosciusko County from Kentucky in the 1940’s, graduated in 1957 from Pierceton High School, and was a United States Air Force veteran. He was married on December 29, 1998 in Frankfort, KY to Donna Kaye (Jackson) Jackson who survives. He was formerly employed for the Indiana Highway Department.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #49 in Warsaw.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Manuel, Tippecanoe; two daughters, Angle Spencerman, Borubon; Lorrie Cantrell, Warsaw; three sons: Brian Lee Jackson, Warsaw; James Loren Jackson, Silver Lake; Corrie (Young) Meade, High Point, N.C.; several grandchildren; two sisters: Virginia (Eugen) Gossman, Orlando, Fla.; Betty (Carl) Netrouer, South Whitley; brother, Claude (Linda) Manuel, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
No public services will be held. Private family burial will take place at South Whitley Cemetery at a later date. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw is in charge of arrangements.
