David B. Pollock
David B. Pollock, 82, of Plymouth, Ind. passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at Pilgrim Manor. Dave was born in Butler, Pa. on April 9, 1935 to the late Samuel N. and Florence M. (Blair) Pollock. On March 14, 1987, in Plymouth, he married Lynita R. “Lynne” (Wallace) Pollock, who survives.
In addition to his wife, Lynne, Dave is survived by two sons, Brian D. (Dawn) Snyder of San Diego, Calif. and Jeffery S. “Jeff” Snyder of Morgan Hill, Calif.; eleven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, his brother-in-law, Charles Freeman of Cabot, Pa., and two nieces and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Mary Lee Freeman.
Dave was employed as a Sales Representative for an advertising company during his time in Pa. and Ill. After moving to Plymouth in 1986, he was employed by Del Monte and in management at Radio Shack. Dave was a graduate Butler High School class of 1953 and a 1957 graduate of Penn State. He also served 4 years with the PA Air National Guard, going to Germany during the erection of the Berlin Wall.
Memorial services are pending for a later date. Palmer Funeral Home – Lakeville Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
